Ordering is easy! 

 You may :

(1) Complete the form below and click "send".   Order confirmation will be sent via e-mail. 

(2) Telephone your order to us,     OR

(3) Fax your order.  We will confirm your order via return fax. 

(4) Payment Options:    You may request a PayPal Invoice  OR  You may include your credit card information in the "Comment" section of the order form, include it on your fax order, OR  ask that we call you for it - be sure to incude your phone number. 

Orders are shipped via UPS unless an alternate method is requested.  If a P. O. Box address is provided, shipment will be via USPS Parcel Post.   Shipping costs are based on actual weight.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. 

Colorado residents will be charged 2.9% Sales Tax.
